Refund Policy

Monthly Subscription: Subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of the date of purchase. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be set to end at the subscriber’s billing cycle, and a refund will not be issued. If you were charged for the month even though you canceled your subscription, we will issue you a refund with proof of a refund request. 
 

Annual Subscription: Subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of the date of purchase. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be set to end at the subscriber’s billing cycle, and a refund will not be issued. If you were charged for the year even though you canceled your subscription, we will issue you a refund with proof of a refund request.

Banned Accounts: If your account is banned from the platform for breaking Discord/VeroTrade server rules, you will be excluded from the 24 hour refundable period.
